Custom software for teams that have outgrown their tools.

Web apps, internal tools, AI automation and integrations, scoped in writing before any code and built in a repository you own from the first commit.

Most small teams don’t need another subscription. They need one tool that fits how they already work, and someone accountable for it.

What we build

Custom software

Web apps, internal tools and client portals built around your workflow instead of a template’s.

Client portals, internal dashboards, scheduling and booking, admin tools.

AI and automation

Agents and automations for the repetitive work your team does every week, with a human approval step wherever it matters and a log of every action.

Document intake, email and ticket triage, report generation, assistants on your data.

Integrations and data

Connect the tools you already run so information moves on its own, then put the numbers where people will see them.

CRM to accounting sync, data pipelines, live dashboards, API connections.

Technical advisory

A second engineering opinion for the decisions that get expensive to undo.

Architecture review, code review, build versus buy, fractional CTO.

If it has an API, a database or an export, we can work with it. That covers Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Stripe and Postgres, and the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch.

Example builds

Illustrations with sample data, not client work.

  • Client portal

    Before
    Status updates by email thread.
    After
Clients log in, see job status and download invoices.
  • Document intake with a human in the loop

    Before
    Someone retypes every PDF.
    After
The tool reads it, fills the record, and waits for one click of approval before anything is saved.
  • Three tools, one flow

    Before
Three logins, three copies of the truth.
    After
A deal closes in the CRM, a project appears in the ops tool, a draft invoice appears in accounting. Every step logged.

How a project runs

  1. Call

    Free. 30 minutes.

You describe what’s slowing your team down. We ask about the tools, the people and where things break today. Within two business days you get a one-page summary: what’s worth building, what isn’t, and a proposed scope.

  2. Scope

    A written plan.

What gets built, what doesn’t, the timeline and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you’ve signed off.

  3. Build

    Weekly demos.

Short cycles. A working demo and a written update every week. The code lives in your repository from the first commit.

  4. Launch, then evolve

    Handoff, or a Partner.

Launched with documentation and a walkthrough. Take it in-house, or keep us on as a Partner so the software keeps changing as your business does.

What we won’t do. Start without a written scope, bill hours with no cap, or keep your repositories, accounts or credentials in our name.

Two ways to work together

In writing

The first is a public promise. The rest are written into every Build scope, and the last three into every Partner agreement too.

  • A reply within one business day.

Every inquiry gets an answer within one business day.

  • Scope and price before any code.

Nothing starts until you have a written plan with a fixed price.

  • A demo and an update every week.

You see working software each week and read what changed and what’s next.

  • Your repos, accounts and data.

Code in your GitHub, keys and credentials in your accounts, data always yours. No repository, account or credential you rely on is in our name.

  • A license you can build on.

Everything built for you is licensed to you permanently, non-exclusively and royalty-free: run it, change it, extend it, with or without us. A full-ownership buyout is available.

  • A safe first milestone.

Partner is month to month with no cancellation fee. On a Build, if the first milestone doesn’t do what the written scope says, you don’t pay for it.

About Esvo

Esvo Technologies is a software company based in Texas. We build custom software for small teams: web apps, internal tools, AI automation and the integrations between them.

We work the same way on every project. The scope is written and priced before any code. You see a working demo every week. The code lives in your repositories, the keys in your accounts, and the license lets you take everything in-house whenever you choose. Esvo is built to be easy to leave, which is what makes it easy to hire.

Questions

How much does it cost?

Every Build is a fixed price for a written scope, quoted after the first call and before any code. The smallest projects are single automations and integrations; custom apps and portals cost more. Every quote lists what moves the number: integrations, data cleanup, users and roles, compliance needs. Partner is a flat monthly fee for a set block of hours. The price doesn’t change unless the scope does.

How long does it take?

Small automations take days to two weeks. Internal tools and portals usually take a few weeks to a couple of months. The timeline is in the written scope, and you see progress every week instead of waiting for a reveal.

Who owns the code and the data?

We own the code we write. You get a permanent, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to everything built for you: run it, change it, extend it, hand it to another developer, with or without us. Your data is always yours. We keep ownership of our underlying tools so we can keep improving them. If you need to own it outright, a full-ownership buyout is available and quoted in writing.

What if you get busy, or disappear?

The code lives in your GitHub and your credentials live in your accounts from day one, so nothing depends on us staying around. Every project ships with documentation written for the next developer, not just for you, and your license lets you run, change and extend everything without us. Those commitments are written into every scope, not left to goodwill.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. When a build uses an AI provider, we use the provider’s business API with your own account and keys, pick settings that don’t train on your data, and put in writing which provider touches which data. Nothing you share is used to train our own tools.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

It will, sometimes. So anything that touches customers or money gets a human approval step, every automated action is logged, and where possible it can be undone. We recommend starting with one back-office workflow and a number we agree to measure together.

Can you work with our existing tools, spreadsheets included?

Yes. Projects start by connecting what you already have rather than replacing it. If it has an API, a database or an export, it can be part of the build. Messy or legacy systems take longer and cost more, and you’ll see that in the quote.

What happens after launch?

Every Build includes 30 days of fixes after launch for anything that doesn’t work the way the written scope says. After that, take it in-house with the documentation, or keep us on as a Partner for improvements, monitoring during business hours, and new features.

You’re new. Why should I trust you?

You shouldn’t have to take it on faith, which is why the commitments above are written into every scope: a fixed price, weekly demos, your repos and accounts, and no payment for a first milestone that doesn’t meet the written scope. Every inquiry gets a reply within one business day.

What doesn’t Esvo do?

Hourly staffing with no cap, 24/7 on-call support, and projects that can’t be scoped in writing. If yours is one of those, you’ll hear it on the first call.
